Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken (cooled)
  • ¾ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon brown mustard
  • 1 rib celery (diced)
  • ½ medium white onion (chopped)
  • ¾ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Remove the meat from the bones of the rotisserie chicken, shred into small pieces, and discard any skin.
  • Place the shredded meat into a large bowl with the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
