- 1 rotisserie chicken (cooled)
- ¾ cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
- 1 rib celery (diced)
- ½ medium white onion (chopped)
- ¾ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
