  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, minced garlic, truffle oil, fresh lemon juice, black pepper, and kosher salt. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Your truffle mayo can be used immediately, however, the flavor is best if allowed to meld in the refrigerator overnight.
