- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined, 31/40)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Firecracker Sauce
- ¼ cup chili-garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Make the sauce by whisking all of the sauce ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add oil to a large skillet set over medium heat. Once shimmering, place shrimp in the hot skillet in a single layer and saute until cooked through. Cook approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour sauce into the skillet and toss with shrimp. Serve when sauce is heated through.
You can simmer the sauce to thicken it if desired.
I recommend serving this with white rice.
Optional: This can be garnished with sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
