- 8 cups chopped fresh fruit (see note)
Dressing
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
Add fresh fruit to a large bowl.
Microwave the honey for 10 seconds to thin it out and make it more easily pourable, then add it to the fruit bowl along with the lime juice.
Gently mix everything together.
Use whatever fruit you like. However, this is my go-to combination:
3 cups watermelon
2 cup cantaloupe
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup grapes
Other fruits that can be added include kiwi, pineapples, or other varieties of melons and berries.
