Bacon Horseradish Dip

Bacon horseradish dip is fully loaded with bold flavors. Smoky bits of bacon mingle with tangy blue cheese and prepared horseradish in this tangy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • cup blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Fully cook bacon in a skillet set over medium heat on your stovetop.
  • While bacon cooks, soften the cream cheese by resting the package in a dish of hot water for ten minutes.
  • Blend together softened cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until no lumps appear.
  • Mix in Worchestershire sauce, prepared horseradish, crumbled bacon, and blue cheese.
  • The dip can be served immediately, but the flavors will continue to develope if rested in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.

Notes

This recipe can be made with or without blue cheese, depending on your taste preference.
