Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots
A sticky mixture of brown sugar and maple syrup cling to each tender-sliced carrot. These brown sugar glazed carrots will be a sure hit!

- 2 lbs Carrots (peeled and cut into ½" slices)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- Salt to taste
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add sliced carrots. Boil for 10 minutes, or until carrots are tender-crisp.
Drain carrots from water and set aside.
Place butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup in a pot and melt together over low heat to form a glaze. Return carrots to the pot and cook for 2 minutes, or until sufficiently coated with the glaze.
Salt to taste and serve.
