Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika (can substitute regular paprika)
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Pour marinade in gallon zip lock bag with 2 steaks, ensuring they are fully coated and refrigerate 2-8 hours.
  • Scale the recipe up as needed for more steaks.
