- 10 oz chicken livers (quartered)
- 1/4 cup butter
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 packet Onion soup mix
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- salt and pepper to taste

Rinse livers under the faucet and remove any stringy bits hanging off.

Add chicken livers, onion, garlic and butter to a blender and puree until it forms a paste. Add remaining ingredients and puree further until smooth and combined.
